Everyone would agree that water is indispensable for the survival of living beings. Water needed by plants that become producers for animals or humans as well as the basic element in the chain of life. For some animals, other than for drinking, water is also a place of their stay. No wonder that the earth was created with mostly water. So, too, with our bodies, consisting of 80% water.

Given the importance of water, then the advice given was that we should drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, or about two to two and a half liters of water. Here are some of the benefits of water for the body:
